What We Do
Plant Nursery Experts
At Brownthwaite Hardy Plants, plants are propagated and grown on the premises without heat to promote hardiness. Wide ranges of hardy perennials are grown, including old favourites as well as some newer introductions.
We also grow a range of hostas, large and small, old and new, and a selection of grasses and sedges are also available in a range of sizes colours and for various situations. Ferns are available to suit most positions.
Our Flower Range
Our Plant Nursery in Casterton, Cumbria is open for everyone to come and experience nature and look at our range of plants. We care for each plant from the beginning of its existence at the nursery all the way to being planted in your garden.
